Analysis Of Copycat Opening Soundtrack

In copy cat the music starts off very smooth and soft with very long notes playing , this sets the tone of the film, and we can tell by the notes used, that the film is not going to be happy and bright film, at 20 seconds, alot more base is added, and alot more instruments start playing, but the pace stays the same, this gives me a paranormal feeling as if something supernatural is lingering in the air, as it gradually speeds up it becomes very repetitive which causes alot of tension within the viewers because it makes us think that something is about to happen, the volume increases slightly which makes it more creepy because it makes me think that the paranormal substance is getting closer to me, and gets me hooked and makes me want to watch the film
